From getting comfortable with daily activity to returning to the court or weight room, your plan starts with what you want to do.
Individualized assessment and rehabilitation for musculoskeletal pain and movement limitations. Understand your starting point and work toward meaningful goals.
Progress from foundational control to strength, endurance, and the demands of your sport. A plan that connects rehabilitation to the movements you actually use.
Physical therapy with the convenience of mobile visits. Discuss an appropriate home or training location and build care around your schedule.
Your goal is to return to the activities you love. RPE uses the One80PT system to guide movement assessment and targeted neuromuscular facilitation, then pairs that work with exercise that builds lasting capacity.
We check your response during the session and use those findings to guide your next step. The aim is purposeful progress toward your active lifestyle.
Start with your goals and a functional movement screen. Targeted muscle testing helps explore strength, control, and coordination around the movements that are difficult for you.
Use hands-on cues and neuromuscular facilitation within the One80PT approach, with attention to proximal stability and how muscles work together. The goal is to support more coordinated movement.
Repeat relevant movements and muscle tests to check for changes in comfort, range, or control. Your response helps determine what to continue, adjust, or investigate further.
Reinforce the work with targeted isometrics, then progress endurance, strength, and sport-specific movements as appropriate. Build toward the court, gym, and everyday activities you want back.
The painful area is a starting point. We also explore the movement, stability, and muscle-coordination issues that may be contributing to your symptoms.
We look at how surrounding joints and muscles work together. For example, a shoulder assessment may include the neck, trunk, and shoulder blade rather than focusing only on where you feel pain.
The One80PT system and neuromuscular facilitation help structure our assessment and treatment approach. Your movement findings guide the hands-on cues and exercises selected for you.
We retest relevant movements, then build on your response with progressive exercise. The aim is to address contributing limitations and develop capacity for the activities you want back.
Conventional physical therapy varies, and many therapists also assess contributing factors and use neuromuscular techniques. RPE’s distinction is its specific use of the One80PT system within an assessment–facilitation–retest process, followed by individualized exercise progression. We explore potential root causes rather than assume every symptom has a single cause.

In your session, this means hands-on cues and targeted activation exercises intended to help you engage and coordinate muscles during movement. We reassess your response and combine this work with progressive exercise.
Your recommended frequency and duration depend on your assessment, goals, and response to care. We discuss your plan and reassess it as you progress.
